Is the Constitution Outdated?

In a May 2008 Poll 20% of the people that voted believed the Constitution was outdated, while an overwhelming 80% said it was not. Those that said it was not, cited that the US Constitution has the ability to be amended to bring it up to the current needs, wants, and times of its citizens.
