They're owned by Goldman Sachs, and everything they do is for Wall Street, at the expense of Main Street. We should have seen this 80 years ago, but we're just now realizing the wholesale theft that's perpetrated by The Fed. They have quite literally ruined our economy and destroyed our dollar. Congress has increased spending even faster than they've increased taxes, but as bad as that is, it pales compared to the theft from all of us that The Fed has wrought via the invisible tax on inflation. The value of the dollar was stable at $20/ounce of gold for many years prior to The Fed's formation in 1913. Today, 96 years later, gold is $1200/ounce. The dollar is now worth less than two cents, thanks to The Fed. Historically, for treason of this magnitude, people have been hanged or guillotined.
